Parrie Property Management LLC 

Parrie Property Management was established on March 1, 2018. We pride ourselves on offering clean, updated, affordably, apartments. We just recently purchased a 24 unit apartment Complex called the Fairfield Apartments.  The Fairfield is located in Marshall MN  near the SMSU Campus. all apartment have had new kitchen cabinets, flooring, and appliances installed.  The Building has had several updates to keep it running efficiently.
